This Gynaecological Cancer Awareness Month…
1. Know your body
Womb cancer is the most common gynaecological cancer in the UK.
Knowing the signs and symptoms of womb cancer and understanding what’s normal for your body can help you recognise when something isn’t right.
If you notice unusual vaginal bleeding or if you have any of the symptoms of womb cancer, you should make an appointment with your GP.

We’ve got resources and support articles to help you find out more.

3. Move your body
Movement can be part of looking after your body before, during and after womb cancer treatment.
There’s no single right way to move. Walk, swim, stretch, dance, garden, run, skip… or find your own way to move every day.
Please speak to your healthcare professional before starting any new activity to make sure it’s right for you.

Movement looks different for everyone. This September, find a way to move every day that works for you.
