Caring for Cancer Yoga: Womb Cancer Session

Caring for Cancer Yoga Session Wednesday 16 September, 2026 | 1.30- 2.30pm | ONLINE Workout for Womb Cancer with The Yoga For Life Project

As part of Gynaecological Cancer Awareness Month, Peaches Womb Cancer Trust is delighted to be working with The Yoga for Life Project to offer a free online Caring for Cancer Yoga session for people affected by womb cancer.

Moving for mind, body and spirit

Finding ways to move that feel right for you can be an important part of looking after your wellbeing during and after womb cancer. Gentle movement can help you reconnect with your body, ease physical and mental tension and create space to breathe, rest and feel more grounded.

As part of our Workout for Womb Cancer challenge this September, we’re encouraging you to move your way, whether you’re living with womb cancer, supporting someone you love or taking part in their honour.

This specialist yoga session offers a gentle way to get involved, with practices that can be adapted to your needs, ability and energy levels. You can join from a chair, bed or yoga mat, and no previous yoga experience is needed.

Care for your body this September with time to breathe and move.

Please check with your healthcare team before starting any new activity or exercise.
