Come and say hello at Liverpool Central Library on Tuesday 17 November 2026.
Peaches Womb Cancer Trust will be taking part in a free Women’s Health Market Place, joining Improving Me and other health partners to raise awareness of women’s health and help close the gap in health inequalities.
Come and meet Cath, our Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Peaches Team. Whether you’re looking for information about womb cancer, want to learn more about the support we offer if you’re living with or beyond a womb cancer diagnosis, or simply fancy a chat, we’d love to see you.
We’ll have information about the signs and symptoms of womb cancer, and how our organisation supports everyone affected by womb cancer.
Womb cancer is the most common gynaecological cancer in the UK, but many people still don’t know what to look out for or where to turn for support.
We’re working towards a better life for everyone affected by womb cancer.
Come and say hello, pick up some information and help us spread the word.

Closing the Gap
Peaches Womb Cancer Trust is joining up with NHS Cheshire and Merseyside’s Women’s Health and Maternity Programme: Improving Me to help close the gap in women’s health by bringing information and support about womb cancer to Liverpool Central Library on Tuesday 17 November.
Womb cancer (also known as uterine or endometrial cancer) is the fourth most common cancer in women and the most common gynaecological cancer, affecting around 10,000 people in the UK annually, yet awareness is low.
For Peaches, being part of this community event is an opportunity to reach people who may not know much about womb cancer, its symptoms or the support available.
Julia Hewer, Operations Executive at Peaches Womb Cancer Trust, says:
“We’re excited to be working with Improving Me, NHS colleagues and community partners across Cheshire and Merseyside.
It is through working collaboratively with healthcare professionals and local health partners that we can ensure more people access trusted information about womb cancer, understand the symptoms to look out for and know where to turn for support when living with and beyond a diagnosis.
We want to break down taboos around women’s health and make sure that everyone affected by womb cancer is informed and supported.”
Cath, Peaches’ Clinical Nurse Specialist, will be at the charity’s stand on the day. Visitors are welcome to stop by for a friendly chat, find out more about womb cancer and its signs and symptoms, and pick up information to share with friends, family and their wider communities.
