Improving your recovery: Essential core and Pelvic floor
Interactive Workshop
Following on from our taster ‘essential pelvic floor’ at the Living Well After Womb Cancer Event in September, we are pleased to invite you to join us for our essential core and pelvic floor workshop on the 5th December!
This is the first in a series about improving your recovery after surgery for womb cancer in collaboration with Sarah Russell, who is a Clinical Exercise Specialist and Clinical Pilates Instructor with a wealth of experience working with people after surgery for cancer. The workshop will focus on information about the core and pelvic floor, how this can be affected by surgery, and why rehabilitation is important after surgery to improve your recovery, as well as practical movement and breathing exercises that we can do together!
It will be interactive and there will be time for discussion and questions at the end. Please e-mail any question you have about movement following hysterectomy and womb cancer surgery to Peaches Trust and we will try and answer as many as we can in the Q&A discussion.
