Move your way this September
This year, for Gynecological Cancer Awareness Month, we’re encouraging you to know your body, care for your body and move your body.
Movement can play an important role in reducing some cancer risks and supporting wellbeing before, during and after cancer treatment. But movement looks different for everyone.
That’s why we’re inviting you to Work Out for Womb Cancer… your way.
How will you Workout for Womb Cancer?
Your body, your way
Move Daily
Join our 30 Days of Movement and find a way to move every day throughout September. Walk, stretch, dance, swim, garden, practise yoga… whatever movement works for you.
Make your movement count
Raise Funds
Choose your own movement challenge and ask your friends, family or colleagues to sponsor you. You could move every day, walk a certain distance, try something new — your challenge, your way.
