Research Award Supports Our Work to Improve Womb Cancer Awareness

We’re delighted to have been selected as one of nine organisations to receive a Small Charity Research Award from nfpResearch.

The research has given us valuable insight into how people understand womb cancer, the misconceptions that still exist, and some of the barriers that may prevent women from seeking help when symptoms appear.

In research carried out by nfpResearch on behalf of Peaches Womb Cancer Trust as part of our Small Charity Research Award 2025, 55% of women said they knew nothing or almost nothing about womb cancer.

These findings are already helping to shape our communications and Womb Cancer Awareness Month campaigns, making sure our messages are rooted in evidence and focused on what will make the biggest difference.

As a small charity, access to this kind of research is invaluable. It allows us to better understand our audiences, strengthen our awareness work and, ultimately, help more people recognise the signs and symptoms of womb cancer earlier.

We’re incredibly grateful to nfpResearch for supporting Peaches through the Small Charity Research Award programme.
