Meet the Speakers

Faye Thompson
Lift Nutrition & Wellness

Thriving with and beyond womb cancer: Nutrition & lifestyle support for healing and recovery

Faye will explore how nutrition and lifestyle can support women living with and beyond womb cancer. The powerful connection between food, movement, sleep, stress, hormone balance and long-term wellbeing, and how small, sustainable changes can make a meaningful difference during recovery and beyond.

She will briefly discuss five key areas of support with practical, realistic tips to help you feel more energised, supported and confident in your body again.

Her aim is for women to leave feeling informed, empowered and reassured that there are supportive steps they can take to nurture their health at every stage of recovery.

Faye is a qualified Nutritional Therapist who specialises in women’s health, hormones and cancer.

Faye combines evidence-informed nutrition with practical support for stress, sleep, and movement – with a down-to-earth, whole-body approach to wellness.

She offers personalised guidance to help women feel more informed, less overwhelmed, and better equipped to support their health in a sustainable way. No strict plans or huge overhauls, just targeted, gentle support focused on nourishment and long-term wellbeing.

She lives with her husband, their adopted daughter, and a much-loved black lab – and has a love for exercise, dance music, sunshine, and simple food that supports vitality and longevity.
